We pride ourselves on the resources we make available to our franchisees. After all, we want everyone in our network to experience success and receive support, not just in the beginning, but throughout our partnership. Understandably, you may have questions about our resources, which is why we have answered several frequently asked questions on the subject. Don’t hesitate to contact us with further questions.
What does training look like in the beginning?
When you become an official franchise owner, training will start right away with our “Opener Program.” This program is designed to help you set everything up properly with the assistance of our corporate team while learning different aspects of the business with integrated educational courses from our proprietary online educational platform called A-Train. Within 60 days before opening, there will be an administered 10-day training course starting with 5 days virtual or at headquarters (your choice), and then your training will wrap up with 5 days at our corporate headquarters once your business is open to ensure you can apply the tools you need to have a strong start.
What ongoing support is provided?
Our corporate team offers ongoing support to all franchisees, and we offer a proprietary educational platform called A-Train. With refresher training and assistance with technological tools, you will receive support along with utilizing resources that have been developed for more than 2 decades and will help you in all aspects of running your business when your business needs it.
Is there marketing support?
We do offer franchise marketing support, including a provided website and search engine optimization (SEO), which attracts customers to your business. We also provide access to marketing techniques and proven results and offer templates that allow you to choose how you would like to invest in marketing for your franchise while also utilizing our well-established relationships to benefit your franchise business.
Is financial assistance available?
We do not offer financial assistance, but we do have a preferred third-party vendor that specializes in helping you secure funding to open your own franchise. Contact us to learn more.
